Join Us for the 7th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference!

Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, as part of its Women's Council initiative, invites you to the 7th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 9 AM, at the Hyatt Regency of Rochester. Join over 400 women for a day of interactive learning, impactful discussions, and professional growth, ending in a cocktail hour from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.

This year’s program is packed with dynamic sessions designed to inspire and empower your growth. Here's a quick overview of what to expect, with more details and takeaways to follow for each topic:

SESSION I: Micro Sessions on Empowerment Essentials – Unlocking Skills for Power & Growth
Learn how to take charge of your professional journey in bite-sized, actionable talks. This morning's sessions are titled Own Your Time, Own Your Success and Level Up Your LinkedIn: Crafting a Standout Personal Brand.

SESSION II: Radical Candor Meets Emotional Intelligence
Explore how combining emotional intelligence with radical candor can help you build trust, navigate challenges, and foster collaboration. The presenter will offer practical frameworks for giving constructive feedback with compassion, balancing candidness and empathy, and creating meaningful connections.

SESSION III: AI in Action: Building Better Leaders and Teams
Discover how AI is transforming the workplace and how you can leverage its potential to enhance efficiency, teamwork, and innovation. Learn to navigate the ethical and organizational challenges of AI while identifying its practical applications to empower you and your team.

SESSION IV: Micro Sessions on Empowerment Essentials – Unlocking Skills for Power & Growth
Learn how to take charge of your professional journey in bite-sized, actionable talks. This afternoon's sessions are titled Get Out of Your Own Way & Step Into Your Power and Rewriting Your Story: Harnessing Your Inner Dialogue.

SESSION V: Mindfulness in Action – Cultivating Focus and Resilience in the Workplace
Build mental resilience and learn techniques for managing stress and sustaining focus in demanding environments. This session offers tools to stay grounded and adaptable, helping you navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

These interactive sessions will leave you with actionable strategies for personal and professional growth. Our Women Empowering Women Conference features no breakout sessions to create a unified experience. This is a cohesive, interactive conference where all attendees share the same journey, engaging in thought-provoking conversations and gaining practical strategies to elevate success.

The day concludes with a cocktail hour, offering opportunities to mingle and make connections, and engage with vendors.
