2027 Greater Rochester Chamber Winter Golf Tournament

Join us for the 3rd Annual Greater Rochester Chamber Indoor Winter Golf Tournament on Thursday, March 4, 2027, at X-Golf Pittsford. The event kicks off with warm-up and practice swings at 1:00 PM, followed by 2.5 hours of tournament play starting at 1:30 PM. The day wraps up with a social hour from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, featuring networking, light appetizers, and a cash bar.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or new to the game, this event promises fun, friendly competition, and valuable connections. Compete for the coveted tournament trophy.

Event Schedule:

  • 1:00 PM – Warm-Up: Check in, explore the facility, and get a few practice swings in.
  • 1:30 PM – Tournament Begins: Dive into 2 hours and 30 minutes of action-packed play.
  • 4:00 PM – Tournament Concludes & Social Hour: Unwind with networking, light apps and cash bar.
  • 5:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up: Celebrate connections made and winners crowned.

Tournament Format:

  • Style: 2-Person Scramble
  • Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
  • Course: 9 Holes - Course to be determined soon 
  • No Handicaps Required: Open to all skill levels
  • Golf Clubs: Please be sure to bring your own golf clubs for the tournament.

Prizes Up for Grabs:

  • Winter Golf Trophy: Displayed at the winning team's office for one year.
  • Awards: For 1st and 2nd place teams.
  • Longest Drive: Prize awarded on a designated hole.
  • Closest to the Pin: Prize awarded on a designated hole.

Ticket Options & Attire:

  • Twosome Entry: Tournament play for two participants, a drink ticket (beer, wine or soft drink)
  • Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
  • Social Hour : After Golf - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM for networking and cash bar
  • Attire: Golf attire encouraged.

Pricing

Twosome Entry Includes:

  • Tournament play for two participants
  • One drink ticket per person (wine, beer or soft drink) during the tournament
  • Optional bar food available for purchase during tournament 
  • Option to stay for the social hour from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, featuring light appetizers, a cash bar, and the presentation of awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, as well as prizes for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin on designated holes.

Pricing:

  • $110 per twosome for Greater Rochester Chamber Members 
  • $210 per twosome for Non-Members
