On Thursday, February 5, 2026, join us at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center for the 40th Annual ATHENA International Awards Celebration, held as part of Greater Rochester Chamber's Women's Council initiative!

Founded in 1982 in Lansing, Michigan, the ATHENA International Awards program celebrates exceptional women leaders while inspiring others to pursue excellence in their professional and personal lives. Over the years, more than 7,000 influential leaders across 500+ communities worldwide, including the United States, Bermuda, Canada, China, Greece, India, Russia, the UAE, and the UK, have received this prestigious honor.

We will proudly recognize the 2026 ATHENA International Award recipients in three categories:

ATHENA International Young Professional Award
ATHENA International Organizational Award

The evening begins with a lively reception featuring hors d'oeuvres and cashless bar service, followed by a sit-down awards ceremony.

A portion of the ticket sales help support the Young Women of Distinction Scholarship program given annually to young women in their senior year in high school.
