Join us for Re:Gen Rising on Wednesday, June 24, from 4 to 6 PM at Arbor at the Port, a high-energy event that’s part of our Greater ROC Young Professionals Initiative! This isn’t your average gathering; it’s a celebration of the region’s 2026 top young professionals (ages 25–40) who are making waves and shaping the future of our community.

Re:Gen Rising is an evolution of Greater Rochester Chamber's longstanding IGNITE Awards for young professionals. Originally launched as Re:Generation in 2017, we're bringing our brand back in 2026 with a broader focus, a better party, and a bigger impact.

Get ready for an exciting evening at Arbor at the Port, where you’ll enjoy delicious appetizers, a specialty welcome drink, a cash bar, and a DJ to keep the energy alive. This inspiring event will celebrate young leaders, innovators, and changemakers who are driving real impact in our community.

The 2026 Top Young Professionals will have an exclusive opportunity to connect with our president and CEO, Bob Duffy, along with some of our Greater Rochester Chamber board members and event sponsors - leaders driving some of the most significant organizations in our region during a quick pre-party from 3:30 to 4:15 PM. 

Re:Gen Rising is all about celebrating, connecting, and having fun. This is more than just a recognition event, it’s also a social gathering for our young professionals to network, share ideas, and build meaningful connections. So, bring your energy, dress to impress, and get ready for a night filled with inspiration, networking, and good vibes. Space is limited, so don’t wait! Program Schedule:

  • 3:30 - 4:15 PM: Exclusive Pre-Party with Bob Duffy, Chamber Board members, sponsors, and 2026 Top YP honorees
  • 4:00 - 5:00 PM: Enjoy a stand-up cocktail party and mingle with vendors, honorees, and fellow attendees.
  • 5:00 - 5:30 PM: 2026 Top Young Professional Honorees' Recognition
  • 5:30 - 6:00 PM: Keep the energy alive and continue the party as the evening winds down.

Pricing

Registration includes event admission, appetizers, specialty welcome drink, and a cash bar option.

  • Greater Rochester Chamber Member Pricing: $80 per person / $750 for group of 10
  • Non-Member Pricing: $100 per person / $950 for group of 10
  • Business Showcase (includes 6ft vendor table at general reception and 2 tickets to the event): $400 (exclusively available to Greater Rochester Chamber members withe priority given to sponsors.)
