Join us for the 5th Annual Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award Celebration, recognizing organizations that are setting the standard for inclusive leadership across our region.

This signature event honors organizations that are creating meaningful, lasting change in workplace culture — cultivating environments where people from all backgrounds feel acknowledged, valued, and empowered to contribute. When employees feel seen and supported, organizations unlock innovation, strengthen performance, and positively impact the Greater Rochester community.

This year, we will recognize one Inclusive Leadership Award Recipient for exceptional, balanced performance across all four criteria, along with four Excellence Award Recipients honoring standout achievement in:
• Culture of Belonging
• Fair & Equitable Practices
• Empowered & Engaged Teams
• Community Connection

General Reception will be held from  3:30 to 4:30 PM.

  • Introduction of the 2026 Inclusive Leadership Award Finalist Organizations

  • Presentation of the 2026 Inclusive Leadership Award Recipient
  • Closing Remarks – 6:00 PM

Registration includes event admission, heavy apps, welcome drink, and a cash bar option.

  • Greater Rochester Chamber Member Pricing: $130 per person / $1000 for table of 8
  • Non-Member Pricing: $180 per person / $1400 for table of 8
