Join us for the 5th Annual Inclusive Leadership Award! This event honors organizations for exceptional leadership in fostering belonging across diverse backgrounds within the workplace and the Greater Rochester community.

This award recognizes organizations committed to cultivating cultures where individuals from diverse backgrounds collaborate to deliver exceptional solutions and services. When employees feel seen, heard, and valued, organizations unlock innovation, enhance performance, and forge stronger connections that uplift our region. 

Mark your calendars for Wednesday, September 16th, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Arbor Loft. Celebrate our 2026 organizational award finalists and witness the presentation of this year’s prestigious award.

We will continue to acknowledge efforts that promote collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and employee well-being, enhancing workplace culture for all.

General Reception will be held from  3:30 to 4:30 PM. Hors d'oeuvres with a cashless bar will be served.

  • Introduction of the 2026 Award Organizational Award Finalists

Registration includes event admission, heavy apps, welcome drink, and a cash bar option.

  • Non-Member Pricing: $180 per person / $1750 for table of 10
