Greater Rochester Chamber invites you and your team to the 9th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference on Thursday, March 18, 2027, at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, as part of our Women’s Council initiative.

Held during Women’s History Month, this annual conference brings together nearly 500 professional women from across the Greater Rochester region for a powerful day of learning, connection, reflection, and professional and personal growth.

Designed for women at all stages of their careers, this conference offers a shared experience for emerging professionals, established leaders, entrepreneurs, team members, and organizations looking to invest in the growth and well-being of their people.

The day will conclude with a cocktail hour from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, offering attendees additional time to connect, unwind, and continue the conversations sparked throughout the day.

We invite you to take time for yourself and your team to step away from the day-to-day, reflect, recharge, and grow together in an inspiring professional setting. The day includes a dedicated lunch break, opportunities for meaningful connection, and a vendor showcase featuring local businesses and organizations.

We will, once again, feature the JazzCast Pros Podcast Lounge as part of this year’s professional development experience.   • 8:45 – 9:30 AM - Registration, Networking & Vendor Showcase
    No breakfast. Coffee and tea provided.
  • 9:30 – 11:30 AM - Formal Program Begins
  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM - Buffet Lunch
  • 12:30 – 1:30 PM - Program Continues
  • 1:30 – 1:40 PM - Break
  • 1:40 – 3:30 PM - Final Sessions
  • 3:30 – 4:30 PM - Cocktail Hour with Light Appetizers

PLEASE NOTE: Priority registration and seating will be extended to event sponsors and Greater Rochester Chamber members whenever possible.

Vendor Table:
-- $650 - Vendor Table: (Chamber Members ONLY).  The Vendor Showcase comes with 6ft skirted table, and access to send up to 2 reps to the event.  Our event sponsors will be given preference. First come first served. Limited vendor tables available due to space constraints.
