Join us for the 4th Annual 2025 Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award, celebrating an individual (and their organization) who has demonstrated exceptional leadership in fostering belonging across diverse backgrounds in their workplace and the Greater Rochester community.

This award honors leaders, HR professionals, and change-makers dedicated to building inclusive workplace cultures that value diversity and empower underrepresented groups.

Mark your calendars for Thursday, July 10th, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Floreano Riverside Convention Center! Join us as we celebrate our 2025 award finalists and their organizations, and present the prestigious award to this year’s recipient and their organization.

This award recognizes efforts that promote collaboration, innovation, inclusivity, and employee well-being while fostering impactful initiatives that enhance workplace culture for all.
