Greater Rochester Chamber, as part of its Women’s Council initiative, invites you to join us on Wednesday, July 15, from 3:30 to 5:00 PM at Tait Preserve in Penfield for a casual session on: Cultivating Clarity: Empower Your Mind and Daily Habits

In today’s fast-paced world, carving out moments of clarity and focus is essential. This engaging 30-minute presentation with casual Q&A is designed to help professional women step back, refocus, and build daily habits that support both personal well-being and leadership effectiveness.

During this interactive casual conversation, you’ll gain practical insight into:

Program Timeline:
3:30 – 3:45 PM | Arrival and Registration
3:45 – 4:30 PM | 30-Minute Presentation & Casual Q&A & Light Guided Stretch to Boost Focus and Mental Clarity
4:30 – 5:15 PM | Social (light apps, 1 comp drink, and cash bar option)
5:15 – 5:30 PM | Optional Tour - Tait Preserve Garden (weather pending)
