Greater Rochester Chamber, as part of its Women’s Council initiative, invites you to join us on Wednesday, July 15 from 3:30 to 5PM (location TBD) for an in-depth session on Wellness as Your Superpower: Habits to Elevate Focus, Energy, and Leadership.

In this workshop, we’ll explore practical strategies to integrate wellness into your daily life, addressing the unique challenges that come with balancing multiple roles and responsibilities. We understand that many women face the difficulty of being pulled in different directions, making mental health a vital component of our well-being.

Discover how prioritizing your health can enhance your focus, boost your energy, and improve your overall leadership effectiveness. This session builds on insights shared during our Women Empowering Women Conference in March, providing an opportunity to deepen your wellness journey.
