The Greater ROC Young Professional (GRYP) Leadership Program, brought to you by Greater Rochester Chamber, in its efforts with our broader Greater ROC Young Professionals initiative, is an 9-month (January through September) immersive experience designed for early-career professionals eager to grow, develop critical skills, and build meaningful connections to accelerate their career trajectory. This high-impact program is crafted to fit into your busy schedule while delivering exceptional value through hands-on learning and real-world experiences.

Wednesday, March 17 – In-Person, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesday, May 18 – In-Person, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesday, June 15 – In-Person, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Tuesday, July 20 – Virtual, 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Tuesday, August 17 - Virtual, 9:00 – 11:00 AM
Tuesday, September 21 – In-Person + Happy Hour Graduation, 12:00 PM – 4:30 PM
