The Greater ROC Young Professional (GRYP) Leadership Program, brought to you by Greater Rochester Chamber, is an 9-month (January through September) immersive experience designed for early-career professionals eager to grow, develop critical skills, and build meaningful connections to accelerate their career trajectory. This high-impact program is crafted to fit into your busy schedule while delivering exceptional value through hands-on learning and real-world experiences.

The GRYP Leadership Program is an evolution of Greater Rochester Chamber’s longstanding CLIMB program, which received national recognition and graduated 140 participants over seven cohorts. With this new model, we’re refreshing the program to meet the latest needs of young professionals and align its efforts with our broader Greater ROC Young Professionals initiative.
