*Virtual Leadership Training for Women*
The 10-session virtual licensed ATHENA Leadership Training course for professional women is held over six months, is designed to ignite leadership growth through inspirational programs tailored to each individual's journey. The ATHENA Leadership Institute™ offers empathy-based training for both established community and organizational leaders, as well as emerging leaders seeking personal and professional development.Curriculum Components:
Traditional leadership development is focused on teaching people management. However, we know management is very different than true leadership. Management-focused programs don’t teach individuals how to foster personal growth and development in themselves and others, or walk them through the process of self-discovery. ATHENA bridges this crucial gap.
