Greater Rochester Chamber invites you to an empowering event at Pane Vino on the Ave on Thursday, October 15 from 3:30 to 5:30 PM as part of our  Women’s Council initiative.

Join us for an interactive panel discussion featuring three to four extraordinary women leaders from across education, government relations, nonprofit, and for-profit sectors. This year’s theme, 'When Women Lead,' highlights the importance of female leadership and the unique perspectives women bring to the table. Connect, engage, and learn from their experiences and expertise in this bold and lively conversation.

Moderated by Ginny Ryan, SVP and Director of Community Engagement at CNB, this intimate gathering invites women to engage in a candid and bold discussion about the realities of leadership and the challenges it entails. Explore ways to enhance your leadership skills and personal growth as our panelists share their authentic journeys, challenges, and strategies for success. Anticipate a lively conversation filled with valuable insights that you can apply to your own leadership journey.
