Get ready for an unforgettable night at the 38th Annual Greater Rochester Chamber Top 100 Awards, presented in partnership with ESL Federal Credit Union and KPMG LLP! On Wednesday, November 6, at the Floreano Convention Center, we’ll celebrate our region's fastest-growing private companies and their incredible innovation.

The event kicks off at 3:30 p.m. with a reception and vendor showcase, followed by the awards at 5:15 p.m. Bring your team, friends, and family for an evening of music, entertainment, and camaraderie. Don't forget your noisemakers, confetti, and light-up props to cheer on our Top 100 businesses!

We’re also thrilled to honor Tom Golisano with the Greater Rochester Chamber Lifetime Achievement Award for his visionary leadership and lasting contributions to our community. Be there to celebrate his legacy alongside nearly 1,800 of our region's brightest business leaders!

Program Timeframe:

  • 3:30 - 5:00 PM - General Reception and Vendor Display. Heavy hors d'oeuvres with a cashless bar will be available.
  • 5:15 - 6:30 PM - Awards Presentation (No sit down dinner.)

COST FOR MEMBERS AND NON-MEMBERS:

$145 Per Person - Member Price:

  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Access for ONE to the Awards celebration

$180 Per Person - Non-Member Price: 

  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Access for ONE to the Awards celebration

 $1,350 for a Table of 10 - Member Company Price: 

  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Discounted pricing for a full table of 10 (10 seats) to the Awards celebration
  • Member organizations reserving a table of 10, or more, will be given priority and preferred seating

$1,650 for a Table of 10 - Non-Member Company Price:

  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Discounted pricing for a full table of 10 (10 seats) to the Awards celebration

$950 Vendor Table Option for Members Only: (First come, first served. Space is limited.  Sponsors will be given priority and preferred placement. Event sponsorship options can be found here.)

  • 8" skirted display table at the General Reception. 
  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Access for up to TWO guests to the Awards celebration. Additional tickets maybe purchased at the $145 member price.

*$1000 for an ad in the Top 100 Magazine. *Option available ONLY for 'Non-Top 100' Member Companies to congratulate their client/customer who made the coveted 2024 Top 100 list:

  • Place a 1/4 page ad in the widely distributed Top 100 Awards magazine (both digital and print) 
  • Heavy hor's d'oeuvres and cashless bar at the General Reception
  • Access for up to TWO guests to the Awards celebration
  • Add a vendor table for an additional $600 (space is limited)
  • Additional sponsorship opportunities are available for member here.

PLEASE NOTE: 
A selection of heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served as your meal option at the General Reception preceding the awards ceremony. Please be aware that there will not be a formal sit-down dinner during the awards ceremony. However, water and coffee, accompanied by dessert, will be served in the banquet area during the formal program portion of the awards ceremony.
