The US DOL Wage and Hour Division (WHD) reinstated the Payroll Audit Independent Determination (PAID) program last year to help employers resolve potential minimum wage and overtime violations under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), as well as certain potential violations under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Join us as Sarah Decker, Community Outreach & Resource Planning Specialist with the US DOL – Wage & Hour Division, provides an overview of the program as well as updates on other Wage & Hour Division initiatives.
