As billions of dollars are invested in New York's semiconductor industry, companies across Greater Rochester have a significant opportunity to grow. The NY SMART I-Corridor Tech Hub brings together partners across Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Ithaca to help businesses understand where they fit, connect with customers and partners, and access funding, technical assistance, workforce solutions, commercialization support, and other tools to accelerate growth.

Since July 2024, the Tech Hub has delivered more than $2.5 million in direct business and training resources, supported $260 million in new public and private investment, and contributed to the creation of 175 new jobs. With Micron now in vertical construction, suppliers expanding across Upstate New York, and demand continuing to grow, now is the time to explore the opportunities available to your business.

Join Greater Rochester Chamber and partners from across the NY SMART I-Corridor for this special Rochester TRENDS event on Thursday, October 8 from 8 AM to Noon at Paychex Auditorium at the Strong Museum of Play to hear the latest industry updates, explore emerging opportunities, and connect directly with the organizations that can help your business compete and succeed in this rapidly expanding market.

The morning is designed so attendees can participate in the sessions most relevant to their organization. Throughout the morning, attendees will have opportunities to connect directly with Tech Hub partners during dedicated Resource Exchange sessions, where organizations from across the corridor will be available to discuss funding, technical assistance, workforce resources, supplier opportunities, commercialization support, and other resources available.
