2025 Colors of Success Inclusive Leadership Award Application

The Colors of Success Inclusive Leadership Award, launched by Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce in 2022, honors individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership in fostering a sense of belonging, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and ensuring economic fairness in their workplace and the Greater Rochester community. This annual award recognizes leaders whose efforts have positively impacted the cultural and economic landscape of their organizations and communities.

This award is designed for top executives, HR leaders, and workforce change-makers who are committed to driving meaningful change. We encourage those who have made significant contributions in creating inclusive cultures, advocating for underrepresented groups, and championing economic equity to apply. Whether you're leading an organization or spearheading innovative workforce initiatives, this award celebrates individuals dedicated to breaking down barriers and fostering environments where everyone can thrive.
