2025 Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award Application

Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce is committed to building a positive, inclusive work culture that values diversity and empowers every employee. By fostering collaboration, mutual respect, and equitable access to opportunities, we aim to strengthen our community and improve the quality of life for all irrespective of the political climate.

The Greater Rochester Chamber Inclusive Leadership Award recognizes and honors top executives, department leaders, HR professionals, and change-makers who are driving inclusivity in the workplace, as well as the organizations that support them. These organizations empower these individuals by providing the platform, resources, and opportunities needed to foster an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity, innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being. Together, they lead initiatives that promote empowerment and create lasting impact.

Who Should Apply?
The award recognizes 
top executives, department leaders, HR professionals, change-makers, and their supportive organizations dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and diverse work culture. It honors individuals (and their supportive organizations) committed to:

  • Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment for all employees.
  • Advocating for the well-being and engagement of all employees.
  • Championing fairness, inclusivity, and equity in workplace practices for all employees.
  • Leading initiatives that enhance overall organizational inclusive culture and employee satisfaction.
