An important part of the mission of the Women’s Council is to empower and recognize the young women in our community who will become our future leaders.  We are pleased to accept submissions from any young woman who is a high school senior. Successful applicants will have a strong academic record, involvement in extracurricular activities, and a strong desire to improve their community. We look forward to reading your submission. 

The entry deadline is the end of the day on Sunday, March 17th, 2024.
