• Since 1994, Lake Affect Magazine has introduced Greater Rochester area readers to local writers, painters, photographers, musicians, and small businesses. Published in June and November of each year, our arts and cultural publication showcases creative ideas, talent, and collaboration.

• Lake Affect Magazine also spotlights the projects of smallMatters Institute, its nonprofit parent, who works with local businesses, institutions, and nonprofits to embrace ideas of common interest rather than focusing on their differences.

• Lake Affect Magazine prints 20,000 beautiful full color copies per issue and is now available at many locations throughout Central and Western New York and the Finger Lakes Region.
