Lumos is a full-spectrum infrared sauna studio with five locations throughout Central and Western New York. Lumos prides itself on being family-owned and operated. It was founded by Rachel Bantelman-Evans with the support of her husband, Jordan, in January of 2019. Rachel and Jordan are both former Division I College Athletes who relied on infrared sauna therapy for several years to improve both their physical and mental health. Because the two found so many healing and restorative properties of infrared heat and chromotherapy, they became determined to share their experiences with as many people as they could throughout New York State.
