For many employees, providing support to aging parents has become a constant in their lives. The challenge is trying to balance their own work/family needs while supporting others.  At this session, Mary Terwilliger & Kelli Maisel from Jewish Senior Life will discuss the struggles that many workers face while trying to maintain a work/life balance with aging parents. They will offer many resources and suggestions on how employers can be proactive and help support those in their workforce that face this challenge.  In addition, we will have Luke Wright, labor and employment attorney at Harter Secrest & Emery LLP, who will cover Paid Family Leave and Family Medical Leave Act as it applies to these leave types.

Time: 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.

Cost: Included in Rochester Chamber Membership; Members only
