Young professionals are empowered and connected by technology, giving us a unique global perspective that is valuable in today’s workplace. But as the saying goes – “if you want to go far, go together”! The keys to getting things done are interactions with the people we work with on a regular basis. In this workshop, learn how to build crucial connections, identify and use the strengths of those around you, and find inspiration to help you stand out from the crowd.
Facilitator Beth Sears is a renowned Communication and Employee Engagement Expert and 30-year veteran of General Motors, who works with organizations of all sizes to improve collaboration, productivity, and conflict resolution. This interactive session is a must for young professionals who want to let their light shine while strengthening interpersonal relationships- the basis of true success. PLUS- Beth will be giving away a free personal coaching session from Workplace Communications to one lucky attendee!
After the session, we’ll cross State St. for a social hour at The Spirit Room ~ Rochester’s newest downtown haunt ~ for craft cocktails and Southern-inspired bites!
