Description
The 2025-26 Recruitment Forum is a new forum offering and is open to experienced recruiting professionals working at Corporate and Partner member companies, including HR professionals with recruiting responsibilities, and only those recruiting for their own company (i.e. not consultants). This forum will provide an invaluable opportunity for networking with peers knowledgeable in recruiting to allow sharing of information, best practices, and successes as well as solutions to recruiting and staffing challenges. Meeting topics will be determined by forum participants and will consist of either roundtable discussions or we will invite an attorney or HR consultant to present on a topic of interest.
The group will meet four Wednesdays on the following dates: Nov 19, Jan 21, Mar 18, Apr 22. Note: meetings will be held in-person with virtual meetings as an option as well. The qualifications of those who wish to register are reviewed to ensure the level of expertise is commensurate with the group. Due to the sometimes sensitive nature of discussion topics, anything discussed at the meetings is confidential and should not be shared outside the group.
A nonrefundable registration fee of $135 covers all four meetings in the series. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The forum will be facilitated by Kathy Richmond, Sr. Director, HR Services and Christina Wheeler, Staffing Specialist at Beyond TalentEdge, a division of Greater Rochester Chamber.
