On Thursday, February 5, 2026, join us at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center for the 40th Annual ATHENA International Awards Celebration, held as part of Greater Rochester Chamber's Women's Council initiative!

Founded in 1982 in Lansing, Michigan, the ATHENA International Awards program celebrates exceptional women leaders while inspiring others to pursue excellence in their professional and personal lives. Over the years, more than 7,000 influential leaders across 500+ communities worldwide, including the United States, Bermuda, Canada, China, Greece, India, Russia, the UAE, and the UK, have received this prestigious honor.

This 40th anniversary is not just a milestone; it’s a celebration of resilience, empowerment, and the ongoing commitment to uplift women in leadership roles. 

During this special event, we will proudly recognize the 2026 ATHENA International Award recipients in three categories, each representing the remarkable contributions and dedication to advancing women’s leadership:

1. ATHENA Leadership Award
2. ATHENA Young Professional Award
3. ATHENA Organizational Award
