Join us for the 5th Annual Inclusive Leadership Award! This event honors organizations for exceptional leadership in fostering belonging across diverse backgrounds within the workplace and the Greater Rochester community.
This award recognizes organizations committed to cultivating cultures where individuals from diverse backgrounds collaborate to deliver exceptional solutions and services. When employees feel seen, heard, and valued, organizations unlock innovation, enhance performance, and forge stronger connections that uplift our region.
