*In-Person Women's Conference

Greater Rochester Chamber invites you and your teams to the 8th Annual Women Empowering Women Conference on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Hyatt Regency Rochester, as part of our Women’s Council initiative. Held during Women’s History Month, this conference aims to inspire and empower women leaders and their teams in our community.

Join nearly 500 professional women for a day of learning, engaging discussions, and professional (and personal) growth—concluding with a cocktail hour from 3:30 to 4:30 PM.

We invite you to consider taking time for yourself and your team to step away from the day-to-day, reflect, bond, and grow together in a professional setting. The day includes short breaks and a dedicated lunch break to recharge and make meaningful connections.

• 12:30 – 1:30 PM: Program Continues
• 1:30 – 1:40 PM: 10-Minute Break
• 1:40 – 3:30 PM: Program Resumes
• 3:30 – 4:30 PM: Cocktail Hour with Appetizers (Cash Bar Available)
