Join us for the 2nd Annual Greater Rochester Chamber Indoor Winter Golf Tournament on Thursday, February 26, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at X-Golf Pittsford. The event kicks off with warm-up and practice swings at 1:00 PM, followed by 2.5 hours of tournament play starting at 1:30 PM. The day wraps up with a social hour from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, featuring networking, light appetizers, and a cash bar.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or new to the game, this event promises fun, friendly competition, and valuable connections. Compete for the coveted tournament trophy, which you’ll get to showcase at your office for a full year—and help present it to the 2027 champion at next year’s tournament!

Experience the thrill of playing a 9-hole indoor tournament at the famed Kapalua Plantation Course, located in Maui, Hawaii. This breathtaking course is home to the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions and is known for its sweeping ocean views, dramatic elevation changes, and wide fairways that reward long drives. With its forgiving layout and stunning scenery, Kapalua offers an unforgettable golfing experience for players of all levels.

Event Schedule:

• 1:00 PM – Warm-Up: Check in, explore the facility, and get a few practice swings in.
• 1:30 PM – Tournament Begins: Dive into 2 hours and 30 minutes of action-packed play.
• 4:00 PM – Tournament Concludes & Social Hour: Unwind with networking, light apps and cash bar.
• 5:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up: Celebrate connections made and winners crowned.

Tournament Format:

• Style: 2-Person Scramble
• Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
• Course: 9 Holes at Kapalua Plantation Course 
• No Handicaps Required: Open to all skill levels
• Golf Clubs: Please be sure to bring your own golf clubs for the tournament.

Prizes Up for Grabs:

• Winter Golf Trophy: Displayed at the winning team's office for one year.
• Awards: For 1st and 2nd place teams.
• Longest Drive: Prize awarded on a designated hole.
• Closest to the Pin: Prize awarded on a designated hole.

Ticket Options & Attire:

• Twosome Entry: Tournament play for two participants, a drink ticket (beer, wine or soft drink)
• Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
• Social Hour : After Golf - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM for networking, light apps, and cash bar
• Attire: Golf attire encouraged.
