biz.Exchange: How a Compassionate Business and its Employees Can Help Heal the Nation

Tuesday, February 15, 2022 (11:00 AM - 12:00 PM) (EST)

Description

In this webinar, participants will learn about a multi-county initiative led by DePaul’s National Council on Alcoholism & Drug Dependence-Rochester Area in conjunction with OWLS (Organizational Wellness & Learning Systems).

Our intention through this collaborative is to build positive conversations that support both employers and employees in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Many of us are facing challenges to our mental well-being as a result of the pandemic, staff shortages, burn-out, and social strife. Fortunately, there are solutions that we can implement by working together and this includes small business owners, leaders in workforce development, corporations, community leaders, and employees across all industries and economic sectors.

*Note. Please complete our multi-county leadership well-being survey. We will be reporting the results in our webinar on the 15th.

  2. Recognize the role you can play in collaborating with others to strengthen workplace and community resilience
  3. Know local resources for mental well-being for yourself and others
