Chamber Member SPOTlight tours take you to Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes’ hottest businesses on their own turf. In their own words, business leaders will share their success stories – right where the action happens. These behind-the-scenes tours are a perfect way to gain perspective on the industry segments powering our region’s economy.

Join us for our Chamber Member SPOTlight tour of Goodwill of the Finger Lakes, a dynamic not-for-profit organization with a team of over 700 individuals well-known for their 23 Goodwill stores and donation centers.

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes also delivers growth opportunities and business solutions through their robust, energized social enterprises for corporate and government partners. The SPOTlight tour of their main campus on S. Clinton Avenue offers a view of their 24/7 Contact Center and 211/LIFELINE. Also on the tour will be their Vision Rehabilitation services, which assist people across the community with significant vision loss.

The tour will also spend time in their extensive production area. For over 30 years their production operation has been creating and growing partnerships with companies like 3M, Ecolab, Newell Rubbermaid, MeterPak, Zing Safety Products, and Mobile Pixels. In 2021, they created www.GFLSolutions.org which provides easy access to these products so local companies can purchase directly from Goodwill of the Finger Lakes. Subject matter experts will be on hand during the tour to provide insight and explore possibilities with all our attendees.
