CLIMB (Chamber Leadership Initiative: Mentoring for Business) is a comprehensive nine-month program made up of industry immersion, innovative thinking workshops, personal and professional, development, and one-on-one mentoring. The CLIMB program empowers young professionals aged 21 to 40 to ascend to new heights of leadership and success in their organizations and communities.
