Today, organizations continue to engage a workforce of diverse individuals. Employees bring their unique cultural values, customs, and languages from around the world into the workplace. To influence a culture of inclusion that encourages diversity and promotes belonging, we must explore how culture impacts relationships, communication, and problem-solving within our organizations. This workshop provides an introduction to understanding the importance of interacting effectively across cultures, explores key areas where culture often differs, and describes steps that employees can take to develop and gain cultural competency in a diverse world.

This webinar will explore the following topics:

• Improved ability to communicate and enhance respect across cultures
• Learn strategies for improving cross-cultural interactions
• Understand ways cultural awareness influence belonging in the workplace
