Ever since the murder of George Floyd and the following months of riots, organizations have grappled with how best to address the resulting workplace angst. Workers have struggled with a "business as usual" mindset while leaders decided how to respond to the ongoing social upheaval . . . if at all. Time to be reminded of the tools we already have and to learn a few new tools to navigate this "new normal" with resilience.

In follow up to last year's popular "Microaggressions" program, many of you wanted the dialogue and solutioning to continue. After this session, participants will be able to:

• Define 3 different approaches to sustain your momentum in being resilient
• Examine behaviors that support or prohibit your ability to be resilient
• Determine actions for your own personal game-plan to better navigate disruptions
