** In Person ** Drawing on her background in improvisation, Caitlin Drago of Inspire Improv & Coaching, Inc. will explore how HR professionals and business leaders can achieve greater success through collaboration rather than feeling responsible for having all the answers themselves. Using improv principles such as "Yes, And," active listening, and building on the ideas and strengths of others, participants will learn practical strategies for fostering trust, shared ownership, and collective problem-solving. This interactive session will demonstrate how supporting one another and embracing a collaborative mindset can strengthen teams, encourage growth, and create a workplace where everyone can thrive.
