The Greater ROC Young Professional (GRYP) Leadership Program, brought to you by Greater Rochester Chamber, is an 9-month (January through September) immersive experience designed for early-career professionals eager to grow, develop critical skills, and build meaningful connections to accelerate their career trajectory. This high-impact program is crafted to fit into your busy schedule while delivering exceptional value through hands-on learning and real-world experiences.

The GRYP Leadership Program is an evolution of Greater Rochester Chamber’s longstanding CLIMB program, which received national recognition and graduated 140 participants over seven cohorts. With this new model, we’re refreshing the program to meet the latest needs of young professionals and align its efforts with our broader Greater ROC Young Professionals initiative.

GRYP Leadership Program Format
Each month, the GRYP Leadership Program alternates between two impactful formats:

1. Interactive Virtual Workshops: Every other month, join live, hands-on sessions led by Sesha Yalamanchili focused on essential skills like communication, influence, decision-making, and managing relationships across all levels of your organization.
   
   
2. In-Person Workshops /Site Visits: Alternate months are spent starting with an in-person workshop led by Sesha, followed by visiting standout organizations across Greater Rochester, offering behind-the-scenes insights into their operations and opportunities to learn directly from accomplished business leaders.
