Greater Rochester Chamber, through its Greater Rochester Young Professionals (GRYP) programming, is excited to invite you on Wednesday, May 7th to join us for a private fitness experience at Elevate, followed by a happy hour at Salena's Mexican Restaurant. Elevate Fitness is a strength and conditioning facility in Village Gate specializing in team training, small group training, personal training, and nutrition. 

Join us to exercise your mind and body with a fun workout class followed by networking and unwinding with fellow young professionals. 

Your registration includes a 1-hour group class and a post-class recovery smoothie. Choose between a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) class or a Hot Mat Pilates class. 

• Private group classes will run from 4:00 - 5:00 PM, (please arrive by 3:45 PM)
• Post-class happy hour from 5:00-6:00 PM

This event is designed for individuals between the ages of 21-40.
