Get ready to tee up for an unforgettable experience at the inaugural Greater Rochester Chamber Winter Golf Tournament! Join us on Thursday, February 27th, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM for the tournament, followed by a lively social hour from 4:00 to 5:00 PM at X-Golf Pittsford. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or picking up a club for the first time, this event offers fun, networking, and friendly competition for everyone. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this exciting afternoon!

Experience the excitement of X-Golf Pittsford, featuring the world’s most accurate golf simulators in a vibrant, entertainment-focused atmosphere. Play world-renowned courses, compete in thrilling challenges, or simply relax with great food and drinks from the full-service sports bar.

Event Schedule:

• 1:00 PM – Warm-Up: Check in, explore the facility, and get a few practice swings in.
• 1:30 PM – Tournament Begins: Dive into 2 hours and 30 minutes of action-packed play.
• 4:00 PM – Tournament Concludes & Social Hour: Unwind with networking, light apps and cash bar.
• 5:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up: Celebrate connections made and winners crowned.

Tournament Format:

• Style: 2-Person Scramble
• Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
• Course: 9 Holes at Pebble Beach Golf Links
• No Handicaps Required: Open to all skill levels
• Golf Clubs: Please sure to bring your own golf clubs for the tournament.

Prizes Up for Grabs:

• Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams
• Longest Drive on a designated hole
• Closest to the Pin on a designated hole

Ticket Options & Attire:

• Twosome Entry: Tournament play for two participants. (Tournament Available to Chamber Members Only)
• Teams Per Bay: Up to 3 teams of two per simulator bay (24 teams max)
• Social Hour Only: For non-golfers, join us at 4:00 PM for networking, food, and drinks (golf activities included).
• Attire: Golf attire encouraged.

RSVP Deadline: Secure your spot by Wednesday, February 19th. Refunds will not be available after this date.
