Greater Rochester Chamber is pleased to have NYS Budget Director Robert Mujica offer our members a presentation outlining key components of Governor Hochul’s State of the State and Executive Budget Proposal for the coming fiscal year.

Mr. Mujica is responsible for the overall development and management of the State’s fiscal policy, including overseeing the preparation of budget recommendations for all State agencies and programs, economic and revenue forecasting, tax policy, fiscal planning, capital financing and management of the State’s debt portfolio.
