Join us for our next Policy Matters event as we take a deep dive into the ON-RAMP (One Network for Regional Advanced Manufacturing Partnerships) program, a new initiative from Empire State Development led by Monroe Community College and RochesterWorks locally. ON-RAMP is designed to connect businesses with qualified talent while supporting job seekers through a streamlined recruitment and training system. 

This informative session will feature a panel discussion with regional workforce leaders and program stakeholders, offering insights into how ON-RAMP is being implemented locally, what it means for employers and job seekers, and how the business community can engage in and support this work.
