At this Boot Camp event, we will outline what it means to make authentic connections with other professionals and generate ideas for ways in which to create opportunities for valuable feedback. Participants will complete brief exercises to identify personal philosophies, mission, vision, value, and things that are non-negotiable for them personally. This session will leave participants with questions to ponder - who do you need in your circle? Who do you want in your circle? And, what is the difference?
