Exit planning is one of the most important, yet commonly misunderstood, financial strategies for any business owner. Most business owners invest decades in building a successful business; the next step is to ensure that your investment pays off and provides you with the rewards that you set out in business to achieve. The panel will explore how, when, and why of exit planning; understanding the key value drivers, exit options, and legal considerations.
