Greater Rochester Chamber, as part of its Women’s Council initiative, invites you to join us on Wednesday, July 15, from 3:30 to 5 PM (location TBD) for a session on Cultivating Clarity: Empower Your Mind and Daily Habits.

Join us for a quick engaging and informative 30-Minute session designed to help you take time for yourself while nurturing your well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, carving out moments of clarity and focus is essential, and this session will equip you with the strategies to do just that.
