Greater Rochester Chamber invites you to an energizing evening of fitness and meaningful connections at Midtown Plaza on Wednesday, July 16th, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, as a part of our Women’s Council initiative.

Join us for our Women’s Council Fitness & Social, an event designed for professional women to connect and recharge. Start with a rejuvenating 30-minute yoga session from 4:30 to 5:00 PM, led by an experienced instructor. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or trying something new, this session will leave you feeling invigorated. Fitness participants should arrive by 4:00 PM to prepare, as the session starts promptly at 4:30 PM.

Prefer to skip the workout? No problem! Come by for the social hour from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, where you can network with like-minded professional women in a welcoming atmosphere at Midtown Atheletic Club. Enjoy light refreshments and a cash bar as you connect, share ideas, and unwind.

This event is the perfect opportunity to prioritize self-care while building connections with the remarkable women of Greater Rochester. Don’t miss your chance to move, mingle, and grow!

Program Timeline:

4:00 PM: Arrival for Fitness Participants
Fitness attendees should arrive early to settle in and prepare.

4:30 – 5:00 PM: 30-Minute Guided Yoga Session
An energizing, all-levels workout designed to refresh your mind and body.

5:00 – 6:00 PM: Social Hour
Join us for networking, light refreshments, and a cash bar in a relaxed atmosphere.
