As the regional lead for talent strategy as part of the OneROC alliance, Greater Rochester Chamber works to address talent needs for local employers, strengthen the workforce pipeline, and help provide career opportunities. Our programs are designed to recruit skilled workers to the Greater Rochester region to fill employment gaps, retain talented individuals within companies & keep talent in the nine-county region, and connect talent and employers to make hiring and job searching easier.
