Marcus Buckingham's book *Love + Work* emphasizes the importance of discovering and embracing what you truly love to do, as this passion not only shapes your purpose but also enhances your performance and fulfillment in life and work. It encourages individuals to identify their unique strengths and passions, referred to as their "red threads," and to weave these into their daily lives to create a more meaningful and authentic existence.
Facilitator Dave Bassett who is Patent Agent registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office since 2004. Dave also has a strong interest in helping others to become more effective in their interactions with their colleagues and as such has been a charter member of the RPCN Enhancing Human Capital team.
