Keep the Arts Alive with a Dance and Barbecue! The Genesee Valley Council on the Arts invites you to a Square Dance and Barbecue on Saturday, August 2, 2025 at the Lakeville Fire Department Training Grounds Hall, 5939 Stone Hill Rd., Lakeville.

A delicious chicken dinner will be offered by the renowned Paul's BBQ for $15, from 5:30-8:30pm. Stay and dance in the air-conditioned hall from 7:00-10:00 pm with Kelly’s Old Timer’s, celebrating their 75th year. Dance tickets are $10, $5 age 13-18, 12 and under Free. If you’ve never been to a square dance, don’t worry–we’ll teach the basics, and no special clothing or prior knowledge is required. All ages are welcome at this family-friendly, fun evening!
