Kinecta’s Annual Shred Fest in honor of Earth Day – Good for our planet, good for the environment

What we’re doing
This Earth Day, Kinecta Federal Credit Union invites you to bring up to 10 boxes of sensitive and unwanted documents to shred for FREE at participating Kinecta branches. Support the environment and protect your information with this safe and convenient event.
Kinecta will confidentially shred the following for you:
- Financial and legal documents
- Bank and credit card statements
- Receipts
- Tax and medical records
- Envelopes with plastic windows
- Magazines and newspapers
- Paper with clips or staples
Bring an optional donation of $1 for every box of paper recyclables and we’ll match up to $500 with proceeds benefiting local nonprofit charities.
How to get involved
Drive up and drop off up to 10 boxes of material to shred.
FREE TO THE PUBLIC! We will ask the community for a $1 suggested donation for every box of paper recyclable items that a person brings. Kinecta Community will match up to $500 per organization.
