Welcome to Lyons Farmer's Market Garlic Day 2023! Expect new vendors to join our market with lots of garlic and garlic related food & items. Garlic Q&A with special guest David Stern, the director, contributing writer, lecturer and co-founder (1985) of the Garlic Seed Foundation. You can find many Certified Organic garlic varieties from Amy's Acres as well as garlic from other vendors. 

Stop through between 8 am and 12 pm on Saturday, September 23rd at Central Park near (26) Church street, Lyons, NY 14489. 

You will find:

- Locally-grown garlic varieties.

- Garlic education from David Stern.

- Garlic braiding demonstrations

- Garlic Cookies

- Recipes and samples

- Farm fresh produce, meat, bread, eggs, jam, honey, Imprint Coffee, and crafts.
