The interactive discussion hosted by the Golisano Institute for Sustainability at RIT will offer a firsthand account of how Gleason has deployed Industry 4.0—using strategies like data connectivity and artificial intelligence—to become one of the most competitive makers of gear solutions in the world.

Perrotti will break down what a successful digital transformation looks like in manufacturing, offering practical lessons for digitalizing across operations, from the shop floor to the executive suite.
