Grab a friend and join the MVP Fitness Court Challenge to benefit the National Alliance on Mental Illness New York State (NAMI-NYS). Everyone 18 years or older, of all abilities and fitness levels, is welcome to participate in this social event meant to inspire you and a teammate to have fun, move your body, and get out in the fresh air. The challenge is to see how many reps you can complete doing seven movements in seven minutes at seven Fitness Court stations: core, squat, push, lunge, pull, agility and bend. The higher number of reps you complete, the higher your score.
The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required. You and your teammate must sign up separately and be 18 years of age of older to participate. MVP will donate $5 to NAMI-NYS for each person that signs up, and will match donations up to an additional $2,000.
