Pound the Ground 5K with Veterans Outreach Center

Veterans Outreach Center will be returning to Mendon Ponds Park for our annual Pound the Ground 5k Run/Walk! Each year, the race is held both in-person and virtually. Lace up those sneakers and run, walk, or stroll to support critically-needed services for local veterans! Want to run as a team? Participants have the option to set up their own teams – gather your friends, family, or co-workers and support a great cause! Become a Corporate Road Warrior:  sign up your office, grab your co-workers and run as a team under your corporate banner. The company that finishes with the fastest time gets their name on a trophy! The coveted Golden Boot is up for grabs again this year! Active duty military, active reservists, and veterans can sign up to run with members from their branch. The quickest team gets their branch name on the boot! Help us serve those who serve U.S. by taking part in Pound the Ground 2024.
