Join the New York State Community Commission on Reparations Remedies for an upcoming Business Meeting on Friday, April 10. This session is part of the Commission's ongoing efforts to examine the legacy of slavery and its subsequent impacts in New York State and to develop actionable recommendations for restorative justice.
Community members are encouraged to attend, stay informed on the Commission's progress, and witness the discussion firsthand.

About the Commission: The New York State Community Commission on Reparations Remedies is tasked with studying the history of enslavement and its lingering economic, political, and social effects on living African Americans in New York. The commission’s goal is to propose various forms of remedies and justice.
